I must admit I read in other reviews that the lock mechanism on this chain did get stuck, but I just thought that might have been a one off experience. Unfortunately, I had the same experience where the chain's mechanism in as little as a month began to cause me trouble, and within a few days simply seezed up and wouldn't unlock or lock.
I contacted the seller and must say they were very professional and took back the item and offered to replace or refund it. Not happy with the item, but extreemly happy with the seller Ghostbikes.

Great Turbo trainer although a little expensive
I chose 4 stars because the trainer can be a bit jumpy on the computer screen and also because you don't really get any proper instructions with it. Its mostly trial and error how you learn to use it. I would recommend using the usb extender that comes with it as this stops the computer interfering with the wireless signal from the brake unit, its a nuisance when it loses connection mid programme and you have to stop and reset it. Other than that its a good trainer, very well made and comes well packaged, its expensive but I suppose we're all allowed a treat once in a while.

First let me say that Im a 55 year old; returnee to cycling 5 years ago, who is a fair weather cyclist. As my health has improved and ive wanted to ride throughout the year Ive found the combination of potholes that make up Rotherham roads (thanks RMBC), Mobile phone using drivers, greasy conditions and my family's worries; a mitigating factor in spending the money on this trainer.

But it is worth every penny. All I can say is that once they get the street view issue sorted - hopefully with the new software release by Xmas, this is as good as it gets - ive used the GPS Google earth mapping function to recreate the rides that I do when the weather is fine and also to invent new ones. Im even planning to input the Tour de France route books and have a go from the safety of my House. (the flatter stages anyway) and ill miss out the Double pass up Alpe d'huez)

Ive seen a number of issues raised about the set up , and yes it takes a while, loading each update in order...

Decent gloves
I'm writing this so that people are not put off by the previous review stating that these gloves are bad for cycling.
I do not own these gloves but I know people who work in bike shops and inform me that these are top quality globes. Admittedly the idea of having multiple layers between your hands and the handlebars, but unfortunately this would be a sacrifice in order to have the warmest gloves. Most people usually cycle at a slower pace in freezing conditions anyway.

I have two pairs of these gloves bought specifically for mountain biking and used for road biking too.
They keep my hand dry and warm for the majority of rides. Only if it is really tanking it down do you feel the gloves getting damp.

After checking out lots of alternative multi tools for cycle use I choose this model. It seemed to have everything you would need at a sensible price. Its a quality piece of kit, very well made and seems very strong. Its a big plus having the chain tool removable from the main body of the tool itself. I checked all the fixings on my Cannondale road bike and it seems there is a tool on the Mini 20 to fit everything you are likely to need to attend to while out on a ride. I do wonder why tool companies still use "Phillips" crosshead screwdrivers when virtually all crosshead screws are Pozidrive style these days. I guess there must be a reason. Anyway everything works just fine and I would thoroughly recommend it. Good value.
