Excellent service
My granddaughter loved the bike which I purchased for her birthday. The colour & the sparkly bits! The instructions on how to assemble could have been a bit more instructive. Mostly you had to go on 'gut instinct' but when completed it was fantastic. The customer service received was excellent. Once ordered I e-mailed the supplier and advised that it was a rather late purchase for a birthday. I had ordered on the 20/07 and the birthday was 26/07, I had a response within an hour and they told me that they would have the bike delivered if not on the day itself, but before. Excellent considering they were in Germany and the delivery was to be in the UK. Cannot rate them enough, excellent, excellent, excellent!

High quality bike
This is the third bike I buy for my daughter. I could see the difference straight as I was taking it out of its cardboard. Everything fits and is well adjusted, the quality of materials is top quality--the frame itself, add-ons like bell and speed-changer, handle grips, saddle, paint job, instructions booklet, etc. This is by far the best quality bike I've had to buy in my limited cycling experience.

The bike itself is well-designed and ergonomic. The 24'' wheel format is a perfect compromise between a kid's size bike and adult bike. I was worried that it would be too high for my just-turned-eight daughter but she rides it with confidence on its lowest saddle setting. At the same time I'm hopeful it will last her a good few years: the other day I saw an adult woman get off the train with the same bike and she didn't look ridiculous on it. The style is suitable for girls without being too girlish, which I'm sure will matter too when she's a few years older and won't want to...

I bought this bmx for my daughter because she wanted a pink bike!, this bike is well put together and a decent frame.

The supplied tools are next too useless and the instructions are just as bad.

Great bike
Fast delivery, easy to assemble. The only bike available with backpedalling brake, which is a must for smaller kids (5-6 years) as hand brakes are too stiff for their hands.
The problem with adjusting the pedals into starting position is easily solved by pushing the bike forward while rotating pedals, any kid learns that in a day. Reliable and efficient braking is definitely worth it.
For older kids and faster rides there is also a good front wheel brake.
All in all - great product.

I was very upset when my daughter tried to ride this christmas morning, and to my surprise it has a very odd bake brake!!! If you slightly peddal backwards this is it, my daughter cannot get started as too ride she has to put the peddal up on the right hand side. This is impossible with this type of breaking system.
