My granddaughter loved the bike which I purchased for her birthday. The colour & the sparkly bits! The instructions on how to assemble could have been a bit more instructive. Mostly you had to go on 'gut instinct' but when completed it was fantastic. The customer service received was excellent. Once ordered I e-mailed the supplier and advised that it was a rather late purchase for a birthday. I had ordered on the 20/07 and the birthday was 26/07, I had a response within an hour and they told me that they would have the bike delivered if not on the day itself, but before. Excellent considering they were in Germany and the delivery was to be in the UK. Cannot rate them enough, excellent, excellent, excellent!
