Bike came on time and arrived as described. Very good service. Only grumble is that it arrived without a seat adjustment. I contacted the company who were only too happy to help out, by sending me a replacement. However, a new bike was sent as a replacement which I found a bit over the top. I had to arrange for it to be sent back. Perhaps spare bits could be kept for the bikes? Would use company again.

I have used this brand of tyres for the past year on my 30 mile a day commute and have only had one puncture at the end of the tyres life.They are very grippy in the rain and ice and make for a nice smooth ride.I have just managed to buy another set for a years riding but have heard that the 700/23c have been discontinued.If you need the larger sizes I can highly recommend this brand.

Dutch Perfect 700 x 23c Puncture Proof Tyre
After 1 year and 6000 miles, I have just worn out a set of Schwalbe Marathon Plus; (only 1 puncture). I wanted a puncture resistant faster tyre so I bought this tyre due to their claims. Lasted only 60 miles before puncturing on the same route.

Schwalbe Durano plus are very good if you want a faster tyre. Managed 2 Months on rear and 6 months on the front with no punctures.

Back to marathon plus for me, may be slightly heavy but I still manage to beat all the other commuters on their faster tyres.

Any manufacturer that stamps their tyre in the moulding with; (max pressure 35psi / 8.5bar) should be avoided. Really wanted to like these tyres.

i can honestly say i was hunting for a comfortable seat for my new road bike for a good 6 months. having steadily upped my cycling sorties, i found that after 2 or 3 hours, either my feet were numb or other areas of my anatomy were complaining and generally, i was getting a bit put-off.

and then i bought this ism saddle. just looking at the shape, there's obviously some science behind the cut away sections and its shorter length. for me, this saddle has allowed me to comfortably increase the length of my sorties and also to change position to the aerobars without an associated groan.

as such, cycling has become a real joy. it supports in the areas that need it. of course, after 5 or 6 hours in the saddle there is going to be some discomfort, but i'm not in pain and that is the difference.

Small lightweight convenient pump
If you want a pump which will handle Schraeder valves, but isn't push-on, this is it. It's beautifully constructed and very light. You use a hose which is stored within the pump body to connect the pump to the value; it attaches at both ends via screw fittings and appears to give a nice airtight connection. When I tried pumping up the tyres on my bike (only to 60 psi), it was easy and not as slow as it's small size would suggest. They say it's good for up to 160psi, which I haven't gone anywhere near that pressure, but I can well believe it. I have found this pump to be well worth the money as an on-the-road pump, although I would still use something much bigger and much less portable if I were pumping tyres in my workshop.

Caution: Presta fitting ONLY
This pump is PRESTA valve only.The product details should say this very clearly. You can not help most other distressed cyclists with this pump ! Some reviews state that the lead is reversible Presta/Schrader. It is not. It is reversible,but both ends are presta. The adapter to enable this pump to fit a Schrader valve is very hard to find online ( or to find anywhere ) and you would think that Lezyne would include it with the pump as a free add on. The adapters retail at 99 pence, and this is not a budget pump ! I am not a fan of Lezyne now.

I bought this for my son's 16th birthday and it really is a lovely machine. it's really light and goes like the wind!

Great entry level road bike
I didnt want to spend a lot of money on an entry level road bike in case I didnt enjoy it after being on a mountin bike for the last two years. After a lot of research and huming and arring on road bikes I bought one of these (last November) and I am so glad I did, it is very light weight, quick steering and very fast if you put the effort in, it feels stable whilst pushing it hard and the saddle is quite comfy, the only thing on the bike I disliked was the pedals but I changed them for a set of clip on's. All in all this bike has a very good speck and is really good value for the money.

Great Bike, Great delivery
ordered this bike at 4am on a Tuesday and it arrived at 8am the next day, Absolutely fantastic in my opinion. extremely simple to put together and feels comfortable to ride in. However make sure to check the tires as one of the inner tubes had a hole in it after a short test ride probably due to the tires not being pumped up. All in all an excellent first racing bike and great for the price

Good bike but poor quality standard consumables
Pleased with this bike but the consumables such as the brake pads that are supplied are very poor quality and wear out within weeks of first riding the bike. If you're looking for a budget bike then factor in replacement parts factor too. Good for a first road bike though.
