Bike came on time and arrived as described. Very good service. Only grumble is that it arrived without a seat adjustment. I contacted the company who were only too happy to help out, by sending me a replacement. However, a new bike was sent as a replacement which I found a bit over the top. I had to arrange for it to be sent back. Perhaps spare bits could be kept for the bikes? Would use company again.

I bought this for my son's 16th birthday and it really is a lovely machine. it's really light and goes like the wind!

Great entry level road bike
I didnt want to spend a lot of money on an entry level road bike in case I didnt enjoy it after being on a mountin bike for the last two years. After a lot of research and huming and arring on road bikes I bought one of these (last November) and I am so glad I did, it is very light weight, quick steering and very fast if you put the effort in, it feels stable whilst pushing it hard and the saddle is quite comfy, the only thing on the bike I disliked was the pedals but I changed them for a set of clip on's. All in all this bike has a very good speck and is really good value for the money.

ordered this bike at 4am on a Tuesday and it arrived at 8am the next day, Absolutely fantastic in my opinion. extremely simple to put together and feels comfortable to ride in. However make sure to check the tires as one of the inner tubes had a hole in it after a short test ride probably due to the tires not being pumped up. All in all an excellent first racing bike and great for the price

Does what it needs to
My experiences/impressions after one months riding, having not ridden a bike seriously for 10+ years and not exercised regularly for some time. I have been commuting to work, about 15 miles there and back, on and off over this period.(Weather and legs permitting)

Pro's

Was delivered in good working order. The rear light holder was slightly bent and one of the light attachments was broken but nothing major.

I have cycled 27 miles on low power on a single charge with battery power to spare. The electrics have survived flood and rain without any problems so far. As stated the battery generally takes about 2-3 hours to fully recharge after a normal commuting day.

It is what it is. This is not a fast bike. It's not meant to be. The gear ratio for top gear seems quite low. Don't expect to be able to pedal faster than the top powered speed of 15mph. Average speed is probably about 10mph on the flat on low PAS.

Bought this for husband's 60th - he loves it!! Easy to use, economical, power assisted so it still makes it a healthy option. With recent petrol problems, he's able to get to & from work without having to worry about queues for petrol and he's getting fitter every day. Great!
