I have no complaints about the product which is excellent and now fitted up with tyre and tube and spinning away on my bike. I do have a problem when items do not arrive and, when you inform the company selling you the item, they do little to find where it has gone. Eventually they said, when I contacted them, that the royal mail has been unable to deliver despite the fact that my office place is open for package receipt on monday to friday from 7am to 6pm. There were no apologies or updates etc during the 2 months it took to appear. Not impressed.

Great Bike for Price
This bike looked great once I got it set up, product was exactly as described in the advert. It was dispatched the same day as ordered and arrived within 3 working days, and I was kept updated with the status of my package via an online tracker.

The gears weren't set up correctly but this didn't take too long to sort out, and there was a slight scratch on the frame but think this was down to the couriers.

Only been out twice on it so far but it's been great!

Careful! spares are difficult to get.
Had this fork on my specialised hardrock MTB for the last 2 years.
The air fork is light so saves on effort getting from A to B.
Fork pressure is easy to adjust using my trusty Topeak Pocket Shock DXG Pump.
I like the gold anodising on the forks themselves (2 salty road covered winters and still no sign of rust).
The bike is ridden every day to work so can say the forks work very well.

The remote lockout however lasted only the first few weeks when fitted to the bike.
The lockout failed by bumping down some rocks with the lockout accidentally left on. I guess the lockout probably would have failed on any other make of fork in the same situation.
The lockout is a cartridge that is easily removed but finding a replacement is another matter. Acquiring spare parts for the suntour forks is very difficult if you prefer to do it yourself. My local bike shop can't get the spares for this and a bike shop in the city can get the part from Germany but the...

Secure and solid lock

I use this to secure 2 of my bikes inside my garage. This is not a lock I would consider carrying with me if I was out on my bike, it weighs nigh on the same as my bike!!!!
