This is fitted to my 26inch wheeled 17 inch frame non suspension all terrain bike. As I'm short I usually have a teenagers bike with 20 inch wheels and more often than not a folding bike. We bought this child seat for our 23 month old daughter and though she finds it very comfortable it's got an awful flaw, it bounces. We didn't find out till it was far too late but fortunately the crash was only at low speed. What tends to happen is the weight on the back wheel becomes unloaded and loose due the seat bouncing. If your on a grave path, as we were, you suddenly have no control. We did follow the instructions, regarding seat position over the wheel, but I'm afraid comfort in this product has come at the expense of the bikes stability.
