This is a product I like. Well made and easily stored away if required. Somewhat difficult to start using, but a step at the correct pedal height has made a lot of difference. The cycle can be pedalled with one foot until up to speed, and then transfer from the box to the other pedal to carry on and balance.

easy to assemble but instructions might have been sent with the set. had to look a promation photos to work out the assembly
