The rack framework fits directly onto the tyre itself and secures with heavy duty straps and ratchet buckles.The rack framework can be adjusted to centralise the bikes on your vehicle, and the bike hold downs ensure secure transportation of your bikes. Carries a maximum of 2 bikes, the combined weight of the bikes should not exceed 30kg.We recommend that if you have covered up your vehicle number plate and lights then you fit an additional light board to comply with road vehicle lighting laws.

cheap carrier
this carrier was alot cheaper then other makes , but i took the chance and found this product to be equal to all those other brands , it easily carries to adults mountain bikes and fits over my spare wheel tightly .
