Have used these for approx 4 monthsm now it's winter am back on my hardy MTB - which copes with the winter weather better. Takes a while to get used to - despite using standard SPD MTB cleats and pedals previously - they require a lot more effprt to release. Having said that, they allow more power especially on the upwards pedal stroke - pulling. Only thing I don't like, when unclipped the pedals don't hang very well, it is as if there is too much resistance in the bearings and grease that stop the pedals naturally returning to an off-vertical position which would be nice to catch with your shoe sole, so that you can easily get the pedal into the right position to fully 'clip' home.
