Great starter pedals for newbies to clipless cycling.
I got these pedals when I made the jump into proper cycling shoes and clipless pedals. I wanted something to click into but I didn't want my bike to become useless if I didn't have my cycling shoes on and wanted to pop out to the shops.

These pedals are the perfect answer.

Very easy to install and the cleat system is really simple to adjust with a screwdriver to the loosest setting, to help prevent us Noobs from falling over when we stop. The pedals also come with the correct cleats for you to screw into the base of your shiny new cycling shoes.

Flip the pedal over and you have a broad and flat pedal surface that you can easily use with normal footwear. The only exception would be leather souled shoes as these might slip on the metal surface.
I've done about 400 miles on these since I've bought them and I have no complaints whatso ever. If you're new to clipless, this is the way to go.

Excellent Versitility
Having just moved from mountain bike to long distance road biking I wanted something that allowed me to still do short hops without the hassle of having to take my SPD Shoes with me all the time. I have to say these pedals are excellent quality and although I have had the usual few "oh no I can't unclip" incidents that everyone does I think that is more to my cheep shoes than the excellent pedals.

The pedals can get a bit slippy in the extreme wet, but then you are probably going to use your shoes if doing a long trek where that would happen so I won't take a star off for that.

In short: Quality construction, excellent price and versitile .. What more could you want?
