Good looks and does what it's supposed to do.
Bike rack was put together with a bit of fiddling under an hour (on car). First time will take longer due to attaching parts. Pretty straightforward construction.

One gripe would be the bike mounts. Be gentle screwing them tight as one broke where the nut goes. Fixed with superglue.... Its a little fiddly getting to balance at the right angle on a saloon car but once done is easy to put back on at that angle.

Holds both standard bike frame and female (full suspension) wide frames, although I'd be surprised if a third bike went on with the full suspension bike on.

All in all I'd say it was a smart looking bike rack and would recommend this product to people.

Delivered on time in good condition. Initial fitting takes about an hour and after that, 5 minutes. Good idea to check the straps after a short run as the grip hooks slide easily. The rear windscreen wiper is bound to foul the rack so don't use it or fit a cutout switch.
