Perfect Size
Good bag, very durable and versital... Lots of pockets and can hook jacket on back .... Good Zips and very comfortable without having huge waste straps

Very comfortable and fits all my kit
This backpack fits: my Macbook Pro 15", PSU, mouse, running shoes, running clothes, work clothes (minus shoes but I could strap them on using the external helmet carrier) and my iPhone, keys and wallet. If it were slightly larger then I'd be able to fit in a travel towel and a wash kit but generally I leave them at the office and if I could fit them in it would start to become uncomfortably heavy for me.

Likes:
Comfortable shoulder straps, hip straps and well padded back with excellent airflow system
Brightly coloured rain cover
Compact for the amount of load it will carry

Dislikes:
Laptop/notebook section could be a little bit more generously sized, my Macbook Pro only just slides in. Also could do with a little padding in case something hard or sharp accidentally gets packed against it in the main compartment.
It would be nice to have some velcro tabs to tidy away spare bits of strap, which some Case Logic packs have
