Product description Classic Wooden Truck Conestoga

They are great for carrying a huge range of items- on the beach, in the garden, camping holidays, at music festivals, - you name it- in fact i have sold many of these to owners of puppies or older dogs who want to pull them around!!.
With 10" pneumatic rubber tyres on metal wheels for improved "off road" ability. The wooden sides can be easily removed if desired, they are made from recycled wood and steel. The tyres inflate using a standard car valve so you adjust them according to surface/load. They really are a fabulous help around the home and garden. The handle steers the front axle.

  • Load capacity 150Kg (23.5 stone.)
  • Body measurement 94cm x 60cm x 97cm
  • Body weight 15.5Kg
  • Pneumatic Tyres 10" x 3"
  • Water-proof snap-on covering.

I'm sure the kids will be delighted....
We bought this for our kids Christmas. We thought our daughter would like playing "Little House on the Prairie" with her teddies.

Never mind her bears, she'll be able to get in and play herself! This thing is huge! It is very robust, obviously an actual garden wagon with a wagon top to make it toy like. As a result I'd be very surprised if the kids could break it. It is built much more solidly than would be expected of a toy.

Echoing the other review about the instructions, it was a little confusing. The one thing I took a while to grasp is that the little white plastic shim with the 2 holes in it is intended to go over the bottom of the steering assembly before you place the retaining pin through, otherwise the retaining pin falls out. The shim comes looped onto the bolt you attach the handle with. The wheels are held on by friction grip head things, which are very difficult to get off again if you make a mistake in assembly.

The only downside...

A lovely sturdy toy - but 'flawed'.
This little wagon is a great looking, very sturdy piece of equipment. I bought it to replace a much loved wagon, used by two generations of family. Sadly, this old friend fell to bits this Winter.

It was easy to put together, and a wheel which arrived flat, punctured, was replaced immediately by the company with no problems. Thank you very much.

The 'flaw' is that the wooden sides which slot together have nothing to fix them to each other and to the wagon except four small metal extensions of the frame which are simply slotted into the chassis, so if a person tries to pick it up by the temptingly shaped 'handle' hole in the back section, the whole lot comes off. To get the wagon, which is quite weighty, up a step, it has to be picked up from the underneath of the chassis. I quite understand the flexibility of being able to use the wagon as a flat bed, or with just the side panels in place, but it really does need some method - perhaps wing-nuts and bolts -...
