Early impressions are good
My eldest had spotted this on Amazon and I tried to put him off spending this amount of money on a second bike. However, he'd asked for money for his 11th birthday and as it was his birthday money, we decided to let him go ahead.

Bike arrived well protected and packaged. The box does clearly state that it has to be kept upright otherwise damage will be done to the bike if placed flat - I think this is basically because of the longer then normal wheel screws which could scratch the frame if they come into contact with each other. It does need a certain amount of assembly:- Handle bars, brakes, saddle, pedals and front wheel. However, very straight forward and all the tools are supplied in the box along with a minimal set of instructions.

Once all done, it does look pretty impressive and seems well constructed. Time will tell how it fairs once it's been thrown about a bit by him and he starts to try some tricks on it. Would have been nice if it came with stunt...

Once built looks good but hard to assemble
I bought this bike for my son and was pleased with how quickly it was delivered. However, when assembling the bike the instruction booklet was not helpful and had no information on how to attach the brake cables. It tells you to go to the website and watch a dvd of how to connect the cables, however, I was not able to view the video due to my computer security blocking it. I don't know why they cannot just have better instructions and diagrams that come with the bike rather than sending you to the website which you might not be able to access.
That being said, once I figured out how to attach the brake cables the bike looks great and my son loves it.
