Bike rack
I needed a bike rack to hold 2 bikes on the back of an Audi estate - this one seemed fantastic value for money!
When it arrived it was very easy to fit onto the car as it was already assembled so no fiddling around with screws etc.
Went above the license plate so that was good.
The negatives to this rack - I have a ladies hybrid bike which was extremely difficult to fit on with my boyfriends mountain bike already on the rack - how anyone would get 3 bikes on is beyond me!
Once we had finally got the bikes on and started driving all was fine until we got to our destination. The hold down straps had come loose off my boyfriends bike and this was now lodged on the metal bike rack....on our return journey I noticed my bike had come into view in the rearview mirror - on pulling over we found the mount which the bike frame sits in had come off the frame altogther and my bike was hanging off only secured by the safety strap! Any bumps in the road would have seem my bike...

NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE !!!
Do not but this product! I was recently returning from a holiday on Devon with 3 bikes loaded on the Peruzzo rack (1 of which was only a childs bike). Whilst on the motorway I looked in the rear view mirror and I was horrified to see the rack drop down. When I pulled over onto the hard shoulder it was clear that the whole thing had buckled significantly causing damage to my car. Consequently it was not safe to continue with 3 bikes and 1 had to be sacrificed. DO NOT BUT THIS RACK, IT IS NOT SAFE !!!
