Impressive pannier with next generation features
I wanted a single small lightweight rear pannier that would take my bag to work and keep it dry.
I did an elaborate search of reviews looking at many brands and sizes of panniers before settling on this one.

It fitted to my fairly minimal Tortec rear rack with no problems. The Rixen/Kaul fittings are a breeze to adjust and once set they need no more adjustment. The twin clips secure the pannier in place. A small handle on the top allows you to carry it into the office with ease.
