Bike arrived on time. It was well packaged and relatively straight forward to assemble, if you have some experience. It comes with instruction booklet which is light on useable detail (i.e. no images and step bay step advice). There are no tools, so you will need your own alan keys and screw drivers, etc. Pedals come with toe clips and straps, I will change them for spd soon. The bike is very good quality, very light and very fast. Gear changes are smooth.
