The cycleops classic wind trainer got mine today only to to find that the resistance cam lever is missing so have not tried out the trainer as of yet finding it difficult to locate where i can fault this product to have the missing part sent out or to have the whole unit sent back due to missing parts.

Since making this comment I have managed to find and locate a UK dealer in Bristol Tel:01554313116 and managed to get the parts that were missing which will be sent out early next week. thanx
